By choosing to participate and exercise whilst following the videos you take full responsibility for yourself. In the event of accident, injury, illness or death you take full responsibility for this. There will be no repercussions for Miranda City Fitness in the event of death by family or friends.
At no time before, during or after the class will Miranda City Fitness be liable or responsible. You understand you take full responsibility to conduct all exercises and stretches safely. You must wear appropriate clothing and footwear and make sure the area you workout in is clear of any obstructions.
As with any exercise program or fitness session, if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, experience dizziness, or have physical discomfort, you should STOP immediately
